Where do you ship?

We ship domestically to all customers within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at [email protected]. 

When can I expect my order? 

If you’ve already placed an order, please log in to your account, and, under the Order History section, you can see your order status and details. You can also see your order’s progress in your order confirmation email. We’ll also send you an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders placed before 3 pm (PST) from Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays within the U.S.) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm (PST) will be shipped the next business day. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. 

How do I track my order?

Does Vintorio ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship orders outside of the United States directly from our website, vintorio.com.

However, you may also find our Vintorio wine accessories like our best-selling Vintorio Wine Aerator Pourer in the United Kingdom, Europe, Mexico, and Japan by searching for Vintorio on your local Amazon marketplace. 

Please make sure to check the seller! For example, on Amazon UK, our Amazon seller profile is listed as Vintorio LLC. For products sold by third-party sellers (not us), we may not be able to verify the authenticity of the product.
