If you see a charge on your card but the order did not go through and you did not receive an order confirmation email, the charge is likely a pending virtual charge or a hold when you attempted to submit your order. This will drop off your bank or credit card statement within a few days. However, if you are concerned, we recommend calling your bank or credit card company.
