Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for questions or to start a return or exchange. You can also start a return at vintorio.happyreturns.com.

  • You may return any item(s) with proof of purchase within one year of purchase for a full refund to your original form of payment.
  • After one year, we will consider any items for return as defective. For items considered defective, the items are considered eligible for exchange only.
  • If your item(s) is defective or breaks with reasonable use, we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability, no need to send it back to us.
  • If your item is damaged during or upon delivery, no need to return the damaged item as well. Just contact us at [email protected] with your order information and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send you a replacement.

Proof of Purchase

We require proof of purchase to honor a refund. If you provide us with your information when you check out on vintorio.com, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise, we may require a physical receipt or if ordered directly from Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk with Vintorio LLC or Vintorio Co LTD, please present us with your Amazon Order ID number.

Fair Use

To protect all our customers and ensure fairness, we reserve the right to not accept a return if we find evidence of habitual abuse of our return policy and/or Lifetime Guarantee. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with the customer support team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Return Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.

Shipping Responsibility

We will replace or refund defective or damaged items, free of charge. In most cases, there is no need to send us back any defective or damaged items. 

For all other reasons like change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs to the original order are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or broken.

As the package remains your responsibility until it is returned back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage and a tracking number in case you need to contact us about your return. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Third-Party Retailers

All Vintorio products purchased from a retailer or received as a gift must be returned to the original place of purchase. We cannot refund items purchased from a third-party retailer, including sellers on third-party websites like ebay.com or a third-party seller on Amazon.com. Please reach out to those individual sellers separately as we have no control over their orders/products and we cannot verify the products' authenticity.

Can I return/exchange items if I receive any defective Items?

Faulty Goods

We will refund or replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. No need to return the item.

Broken Glassware

Please email our support team at [email protected] with a photo of the broken goods to arrange a free replacement or refund. Please do not mail back the broken glass.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

  • You may return the item(s) within one year of purchase in its original condition for a full refund
  • After one year, we will consider any items for return as defective. For items considered defective, the items are considered eligible for exchange only.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that from the day we have processed your return, it usually takes 1-3 business days before the amount is available on your account.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, you may return a sale item. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

How do I start a return?

  1. Send us an email at [email protected] with your order ID number to request which products you would like to return.
  2. We will provide a return mailing label* and packing slip (return authorization slip) for the return.

* The return mailing label is not a prepaid label.

Additional instructions for mailing your package:

  • Securely pack the items in a box.
  • Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  • Use the address listed on the provided mailing label and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  • Ship package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
