How do I change the quantities of my order on the checkout page?

Once you have accessed the checkout page, for security purposes, you cannot change the quantities during the checkout process. If you need to change the quantities of your order before placing it, you can return to the cart and update the quantities of your order here: vintorio.com/cart.

How do I access my order history?

If you'd like to access your account, you can log in at vintorio.com/account. Once you log in, you will be able to view your order history.

For faster checkout, you can also add or edit shipping addresses in your account.

How do I find my order ID number?

If you purchased your product on our website, vintorio.com, the order ID # will begin with the letters, VWA. You may have received a shipping or order confirmation email with the order ID number. You can also log in to your account at vintorio.com/account if you registered your order with us during checkout.

Amazon.com

If you purchased your product on Amazon from us, your order ID should be located at amazon.com/yourorders. It should be a 17-digit order number at the top right of the order that contains our Vintorio product and will look like, "ORDER # XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX", with the x replaced by numbers. Don't worry! We won't be able to see any of your other purchases in the order and it is just to verify that you have purchased an authentic Vintorio product from us.

For orders on Amazon, please keep in mind that the seller of the product must be either Vintorio LLC or Vintorio Co LTD in order for us to verify your order. Otherwise, you may have purchased our product from a third-party seller. We are unable to look up orders sold from a third-party seller.

How do I apply promotion or coupon codes to my order?

If you'd like to apply a promotion (coupon) code to your order, you will be able to see a field to enter the discount code during the checkout process.
