📒 Brand Ambassador Rules

Thank you so much for being a Vintorio Brand Ambassador! Your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is governed by the Program's Terms and Policies which contain all of the rules of the program.

The purpose of the Vintorio Brand Ambassador program is to spread awareness of Vintorio and share our love of wine! Please be kind and respectful to all other ambassadors.

Below are a few quick answers to frequently asked questions about the Vintorio Brand Ambassador Program rules. Please read through them carefully.

Requirements

Eligibility Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older
You must be a resident of the United States
You must have at least one public social media account, including Instagram

You do not have to be a current customer of Vintorio in order to promote our products, but we certainly think that it would help!

Restrictions

Don't be shady! Please don’t leave a comment with your ambassador discount code on any Vintorio (@vintoriowine) social media posts or channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), even if you see another ambassador doing it.

You ARE allowed to promote Vintorio to your own lists; more specifically, you’re welcome to use your affiliate links on your own Facebook, Twitter, etc. pages that are owned and controlled by you. For example, you may post, “Enjoy better wine with Vintorio!”

Creating a social media account that includes Vintorio’s trademark in the page name and/or username is strictly prohibited.

Coupon Websites Are Strictly Prohibited

COUPON SITE POSTING IS PROHIBITED. Do not add your ambassador coupon code or referral links directly or indirectly to any coupon sites, e.g. RetailMeNot, Rakuten, Slickdeals, Honey, etc. You may NOT use any technology that covers up the coupon code and generates the affiliate click by revealing the code(s).

We check these sites frequently. If we find any signs of coupon abuse, you will be notified immediately, and we may remove you from our ambassador program.

Prohibited Site Content

We reserve the right to cancel your application or your status if we find that your website and/or social media accounts promote hate speech, illegal activities, discrimination, violence, and/or is in any way obscene, unlawful, or harmful.

Search Engine Marketing and Paid Ads Are Prohibited

Search engine marketing is not an acceptable way to share your discount code and/or referral link. Paid advertisements are strictly prohibited, e.g. using your shopping link in ads on Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Microsoft adCenter, etc. We will not pay any referral fees on sales generated from prohibited paid search placements.

Resale Restrictions

If we find out that you are reselling or encouraging the resale of our products on third-party marketplaces or offline, we will immediately suspend your account.
